Welcome to Visipage. By accessing or using our website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Visipage is operated by Most Loved Workplace® ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Service Description

Visipage is an AI-powered platform that generates public profiles optimized for search engines and AI platforms. We aggregate publicly available information to create structured, verified digital profiles intended to enhance professional visibility.

2. Account Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • One Person, One Account: You may not maintain more than one free account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Profile Content & User Conduct

Visipage profiles are initially generated from public sources. You have the ability to claim, edit, and manage this content.

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any edits, additions, or modifications you make to your profile.
  • Impersonation: You may not claim a profile that does not belong to you or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Consent: You may not create profiles for others without their explicit consent, unless you are an authorized representative (e.g., a PR manager).
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any profile or content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans: Visipage offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits for each plan are described on our Pricing page.
  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). We use Stripe for payment processing.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing or subscription models at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Visipage and its licensors.

Your Rights: You retain all rights to the personal information you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI models based on public data is licensed to you for your professional use.

6. Disclaimers

"As Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

AI Limitations: Visipage uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You should verify all information on your profile.

No Guarantee of Ranking: We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, indexing speeds, or visibility on AI platforms (like ChatGPT or Perplexity), as these are controlled by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Visipage, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account via the dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
